Turner Mining Group Welcomes Ericka Floyd as Director of Client Partnerships

Turner Mining Group is investing deeper in the success of its clients by welcoming Ericka Floyd as Director of Client Partnerships. This role is designed to elevate how Turner aligns with high-priority clients, strengthening trust, surfacing needs, and delivering long-term value across projects. 

Ericka brings more than a decade of experience in the mining industry, having worked in roles spanning service, technology, and commercial development. Her background includes supporting both corporate and site-level operations, giving her the ability to understand client challenges from all angles. Most recently, she led strategic accounts at Hexagon Mining across the United States and Canada and supported commercial strategy at Rigid Robotics. 

At Turner, Ericka will help drive a more intentional approach to relationship building by combining technical insight with a heart for people. Her experience across complex project teams positions her to be a key contributor to Turner’s broader mission to make life better for the mining industry.
