May 29, 2025 • Celebrations
BLOOMINGTON, IN - Turner Mining Group is proud to announce the promotions of Patton Deischer to Chief Business Officer and Tucker Jensen to Vice President of Operations. These strategic leadership changes reflect Turner’s ongoing commitment to developing its internal talent and continuing to raise the bar for excellence in mining services.
Patton, who previously served as Chief of Staff, has been an integral part of Turner Mining Group’s strategic growth efforts in recent years. In his new role as Chief Business Officer, he will oversee the company’s business development, estimating, sales, and marketing functions. Patton will also continue collaborating closely with the executive leadership team to guide long-term planning and growth initiatives.
“Patton has a deep understanding of the inner workings of our business,” said Keaton Turner, President of Turner Mining Group. “His ability to connect teams, lead with clarity, and move quickly makes him a natural fit for this expanded role. He brings a mindset of excellence that challenges all of us to keep getting better.”
Tucker brings a wealth of technical and operational experience to his new role, with a background that spans both underground and surface mining. He holds degrees in mining engineering and finance, and has worked in a range of technical and operational roles with Barrick Gold, Cliffs Natural Resources, Intrepid Potash, Lundin Mining, and Capstone Copper across Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
“Tucker is one of the most talented humans I’ve ever worked with,” said Turner. “He brings the right mix of field experience, engineering discipline, and business acumen. He’s not just running projects, he’s building people, systems, and a stronger future for Turner Mining Group.”
Both leaders embody Turner Mining Group’s mission to make life better for the mining industry by focusing on people, innovation, and performance. Their promotions come at a time when the company is expanding its footprint and evolving its service offerings to better support long-term partners across North America.
“These promotions are more than titles,” said Turner. “They represent our belief in empowering our people to grow, lead, and make a difference. Patton and Tucker are driving that belief forward every day.”
Turner Mining Group continues to build a team of motivated professionals who are changing the game in the mining industry through safety, integrity, innovation, and heart.
