Turner Mining Group Awarded Full-Service Mining Contract with Atlas Energy Solutions in the Permian Basin

KERMIT, TX — Turner Mining Group, a nationwide leader in contract mining services, proudly announces the award and mobilization of a full-service mining contract with Atlas Energy Solutions, supporting operations at their Kermit North and 115/874 facilities in the western Permian Basin near Kermit, Texas.

This partnership represents a major step in Turner Mining Group’s continued expansion across Texas and the broader energy-producing regions of the United States. The awarded scope includes comprehensive mining operations designed to keep pace with Atlas’s rapidly increasing production needs — including stripping, loading, hauling, and overall mine site management.

The new Dune Express system will enable more efficient sand delivery for hydraulic fracturing operations across the basin, reducing reliance on trucks and minimizing environmental impact.
