Turner Mining Group continues to broaden its turnkey mining capabilities and ore processing services with a newly awarded 8-year contract in the eastern U.S. The scope of work includes full site development, earthworks, dry & wet mining, tailings management, plant operations and material processing as well as final reclamation and mine closure.
Turner Mining Group breaks ground on a new tailings facility expansion project starting March 2021 with scheduled completion in 2025. The project expands Turner Mining Group’s portfolio, moving into civil construction activities by providing the mining industry with infrastructure service and support.
Turner Mining Group will be partnering with Knife Rifer to provide greenfield development, plant location grading and settling pond construction.
Turner Mining Group will be providing overburden removal at two Lhoist sites, one located in Florida and the other in Texas.
