Austin Anstoetter

Director of Engineering

Austin Anstoetter is the Director of Engineering at Turner Mining Group. A results-oriented leader with a focus on driving success, his extensive background includes managing drilling, blasting, civil construction, roads, and mining activities across various sites, both overseeing direct reports and collaborating with contractors. With over a decade of experience in the mining industry, Anstoetter first joined Turner Mining Group as a Director of Operations, bringing several years of project management experience from his time working on DOT and mining projects, most notably at the Rio Tinto Kennecott mine. After earning a Civil Engineering degree from Iowa State and a B.S. in Construction Management from Weber State, Anstoetter held various leadership roles over the course of his career, including Production Manager, Project Engineer, and Operations Manager, providing him with an in-depth knowledge of complex mining projects. His expertise has been invaluable in continuing to drive Turner Mining Group’s growth in target markets.
