Director of Operations
Cade Smith joins the Turner team with nearly 30 years’ combined experience from Ledcor Group, SSR, Kinross, and Coeur Mining. He specializes in building and overseeing equipment maintenance teams, developing processes to increase equipment availability, and engaging the workforce to improve work quality and accountability. All operations, equipment, and maintenance personnel will work with Cade to further implement best practices to maximize the resources needed to ensure Turner Mining Group projects and equipment are performing as planned.
