Doug is a member of the Ore Haul team, he has consistently gone above and beyond by coming in early and staying late to assist both the foreman and the safety department in preparing the extensive training required to successfully launch new projects. He proved his Heart for People devoting additional time to training and supporting the onboarding processes to ensure new employees can succeed with the start of this project.
