We have to shine a light on Dakota from Crane for demonstrating an Attitude for Excellence. Dakota consistently steps up wherever he is needed, running any equipment he is asked to operate and taking on whatever the job requires. He is willing to stay late and go above and beyond to keep the work moving, all while maintaining a great attitude.
